Year 2 RSHE Lesson – Caring Friendships

This Year 2 RSHE Caring Friendships lesson helps pupils develop positive relationship skills including kindness, honesty, patience and inclusion. Children learn how friendships are built on trust and how to resolve small disagreements by talking, listening and saying sorry.

The lesson supports emotional wellbeing by helping children recognise feelings of loneliness and understand that it is okay to ask for help when friendships feel difficult. Pupils are encouraged to include others, speak kindly and seek support from trusted adults if someone is being unkind or making them feel uncomfortable.
