Year 4 RSHE Lesson – Wellbeing Online (Digital Wellbeing & Online Safety)

This Year 4 RSHE Online Wellbeing lesson teaches pupils how online activity can affect emotions, sleep and concentration, and how to make safe and respectful choices when using apps, games and websites. Children learn about age ratings, privacy, scams and why people may not be who they claim to be online.

The lesson covers balanced screen time, gaming habits, in-app purchases and misleading online information, helping pupils think critically about what they see online. Clear safeguarding guidance teaches children to block, report and tell trusted adults if anything online makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
