Year 5 RSHE Lesson – Wellbeing Online (Digital Wellbeing & Online Safety)

This Year 5 RSHE Online Wellbeing lesson teaches pupils how online activity can affect mood, sleep, confidence and relationships. Children learn to balance screen time with offline life, recognise unreliable online content and protect their privacy.

The lesson covers age ratings, gaming risks, scams, fake information and online pressure, as well as what to do if something feels wrong online. Pupils practise blocking, reporting, saving evidence and telling trusted adults, strengthening digital safeguarding skills.
