Year 4 RSHE Lesson – Online Safety and Awareness

This Year 4 RSHE Online Safety lesson supports statutory digital safeguarding by teaching pupils how to use the internet safely, responsibly and respectfully. Children learn not to share personal information, how online content can be permanent, and why people may behave differently behind screens.

The lesson explores risks such as strangers online, peer pressure, inappropriate content and online manipulation. Pupils learn what to do if something feels wrong, including leaving apps, taking screenshots if safe and telling trusted adults immediately.
