Year 6 RSHE Lesson – Physical Health and Fitness (Being Active)

This Year 6 RSHE Physical Health lesson supports statutory Health Education by teaching pupils how regular physical activity strengthens the heart, muscles and bones while improving focus and emotional wellbeing.
