Year 6 RSHE Lesson – Wellbeing Online (Digital Balance & Safety)

This Year 6 RSHE Online Wellbeing lesson prepares pupils for increased online independence at secondary school by teaching how screen time, social media and gaming can affect mood, sleep and self-esteem.

The lesson covers privacy settings, age limits, online grooming risks, scams and cyberbullying, and teaches pupils how to block, report and seek help quickly. Pupils also learn to think critically about online content and digital footprints.
