Year 3 RSHE Lesson – Caring Friendships

This Year 3 RSHE Caring Friendships lesson helps pupils build strong, positive friendships based on trust, honesty, kindness and respect. Children learn how to communicate feelings, listen to others and resolve conflicts without shouting or fighting.

The lesson supports emotional wellbeing by addressing loneliness, inclusion and peer pressure, and helps pupils recognise when friendships are unhealthy. Children are taught when and how to ask for help from trusted adults if a friend’s behaviour makes them feel unsafe or unhappy.
