Year 3 RSHE Lesson – Being Safe (Boundaries, Privacy and Trusted Adults)

This Year 3 RSHE Being Safe lesson teaches pupils about personal boundaries, privacy and recognising safe and unsafe situations, both offline and online. Children learn how to say no, respect others’ boundaries and understand that they never have to keep secrets that make them feel scared or uncomfortable.

The lesson reinforces who trusted adults are, what support looks like, and how to seek help if someone makes them feel unsafe. Links are made between in-person and online safety, supporting a whole-child safeguarding approach.
